Uno Info and Lyrics

The songs found on Uno date back to age 15 (I'm 27 now) when I first picked up a guitar and some Nirvana song books and taught myself to play. I recorded myself for years on a $35 Karaoke machine I had gotten for Christmas (my sister still has the tapes). Then during Christmas break of my Freshman year, I decided I wanted to record some of the songs onto a CD, so my mother made an appointment at Sack Lunch Records with Travis Romine, who records me to this day. I never planned to distribute the CD, but Travis encouraged me to, and the rest is history. In 1999 I released Uno, first with a batch of 50 that were yellow and included home-made inserts, and then with a professional run. It has been played in the 5:00 rotation on Spokane Radio, in Tokyo, and stolen on Napster. As of this moment, more than 2500 copies of Uno have been sold, and continue to be in demand, as we are having more printed as we speak.
